2018 ended and 2019 started with the wife and me watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (1 and 2). Still pretty sad when Dobby (spelling?) dies.
But anyway, clean slate, new year all that stuff currently going on right now. This morning I finally got on the scale and just as I imagined I gained a ton of weight after Christmas holidays, getting sick, a bad nosebleed, losing my job, etc…
These are my current goals for 2019:
- Try Keto for a month.
- Ease my way back to the gym after my bad nose bleed and shit that happened mis December and then stay consistent.
- Do the I-35 challenge.
- Get back to 220 pounds.
- Then go to 200 pounds.
- Finish my PN1 certification (more like start it).
