Today I completed my first Keto week. I honestly have mixed feelings towards this diet, I mean I have been losing weight (haven’t done measures though) and energy wise I’ve been feeling ok. I think it’s mostly the mental thing that has been a burden on me (as it always is).

Also today I went with the daughter to McDonald’s and order a bun less burger. It wasn’t so bad! Of course this brought my fat numbers of the day really high, but I think I managed to stay on budget at the end of the day.
