Second day of Keto done. I’m not sure if it’s me overthinking it, but I think I’m quickly entering into Keto stage. I’m feeling cold, thirsty, with a bit of Keto breath… but overall I’m feeling all right.

Tried a bit more variety with eggs and on the chicken section (my wife does Keto and eats a lot of red meat). Also learned to limit my protein shake intake as it quickly fills my protein intake and then I’m just hungry later in the day. Maybe as I start doing more exercise I’ll have some more protein shake. Also thinking about some variations of bullet coffee just to mix things up.
