Saturday morning and I fell asleep badly. Missed my alarm clock and woke up barely in time to make it to the Hillbilly 10K race. Got up, got dressed, got the keys, got in the car, took off… only to realize that I left the bibs and my earphones at home. Decided to turn back and not go to the race.
However I did went out for a run in the morning. 6.2 miles and pretend I was on the race. I think the first 3.5 miles went really good. Then after that I really started to get tired. Did my typical 1:24 time on 10K and came back home. A bit sore on the legs right now, hopefully tomorrow is not going to be so bad.
